Where TRACER365 comes from

TRACER365 wasn't invented on a whiteboard. It grew out of Microsoft cloud consulting work across mid-market and multi-site public-sector environments in Europe — the same engagements where "who can access what?" kept being asked, and kept taking days of PowerShell to answer badly.

So we built the tool we needed on those engagements: locally installed, strictly read-only, and ruthless about noise. The consultancy keeps it honest — every feature exists because a real audit needed it.
